Ulcers

A study was done in which the results of spinal manipulative therapy (SMT) was compared to traditional medical care in patients with confirmed ulcer disease. Both groups received the same dietary regimen. Weekly endoscopic exams were performed; the group receiving spinal care experienced pain relief earlier than the medical group. Clinical remission was observed an average of 10 days earlier in the SMT group than the medical group.
